There are ethical issues that arise when the subject of biotechnology comes up. The main questions that are asked are, "Is it right to do this?" or "Are we playing God?" This questions can be viewed differently by everyone. Some say that the use of biotechnology is not a morally wrong thing to use while others say we shouldn't even consider using it. Basically, it comes down to who the person is and how the view the subject. Even if you don't believe in the use of biotechnology that doesn't mean that the people that do believe in it are bad people; it's just an opinion. A major controversial topic is stem cell research. People of certain religions may think that this is morally wrong because you are taking aborted fetuses and using them to help other people. Nobody is right or wrong, it just comes down to what you believe and that is all that matters.
